Orientation Program:

  • New employees undergo a structured orientation.
  • Assigned a senior clinical supervisor.
  • Weekly 1-2 hours of formal supervision.
  • Regular interactions and informal supervision with senior clinicians.
  • Joint sessions to understand Ability Rehab’s processes.
  • Access to departmental resources, literature, tools, and office space.
  • Graduates progressively receive support to increase their workload based on confidence and work-life balance.

Ongoing Supervision and Mentoring:

  • Weekly 1-hour learning modules on diverse topics.
